Brief Fees
Personal Injury Work is discounted for volume and
undertaken on CFA. Call Eileen Ashton to discuss
rates.
We will do fast track work at whatever the current
fast track fixed fee for the case is. For
multi-track work, a
rule of thumb for commercial work is
that preparation matches court time. So £200
preparation and £200 court time will normally cover
a local one hour hearing. For a five hour listing
then £2,000 would be likely. These fees
includes preparation, skeleton argument, evening
work and conferences at
court before during and after the hearing.
Accommodation is charged at Premier Travel Inn
Normal Rates. Travelling is charged at £0.50
per mile.
E.G. 2 hour app - £800:
1 day trial - £2000: 3 day trial - £6000.
