Paperwork fees

John Pugh's fees for commercial paperwork are £180 per hour for claims on the fast track and £200 per hour otherwise. We are very experienced so we are quick. We will supply you with a time estimate on sight of the papers.

Sending papers to us is without obligation until you receive a fee estimate and accept it. We will return them immediately if our estimate is unacceptable to you. Fees are agreed on contractual terms published by the Bar of England & Wales.

Call us to discuss CFA's. We will consider them for claims such Mis-sold PPI/ Unenforceable Consumer Credit Agreements or for Personal Injury Claims and some Commercial Claims where the solicitor acts on the same basis.
